Study in the US - Transcript & Diploma

Required documents that cause a lot of misunderstanding
 

Most US universities require the following documents in order to assess your attendance:
 

For Graduate students:
 

A copy of Diploma from University or Institute attended (sealed and signed by rector
  or vice-rector);
• A copy of English translation of diploma from University or Institute attended (sealed
  by translating bureau and verified by notary);
Transcript and its translation from University or Institute attended. A special attention
   is paid to this document where the quantity of hours should
   be clearly marked.

For Undergraduate Students:
 

A copy of Attestat from secondary school attended and its translation (signed by
  school director and verified by notary);
A copy of transcript from secondary school attended and its translation (signed by
  school director and verified by notary);

Try to mark the number of hours attended for each subject.
 

Extracurricular activities are paid a great attention in the United States.
 

In case you were involved in numerous extracurricular activities, it's better to write a resume where you can describe them briefly.
 

Remember, that all the documents listed above should fit and fill other required documents:
 

Essay (it should clearly define why you wish to proceed with studying in the U.S.A)
Recommendation Letters
Documents confirming Financial Aid
